The 1989 Snapback sports the classic style of the year it all began. Posse was founded after one student told our founder, Deborah Bial, “I never would’ve dropped out of college if I’d had my posse with me.” The simple idea of sending a group of students together to college to “back each other up” became the impetus for a fresh approach to recruitment to elite colleges and universities.
